Our Philosophy

We believe stock prices follow earnings and investors consistently under-react to changes in company fundamentals. We seek to acquire attractively valued businesses at a fair price and avoid statistically “cheap” businesses [value traps].

Traditional Strategies:

The Core Equity strategy seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation through investment in a diversified portfolio of companies with minimum market capitalization of $10 billion.

The Select Equity strategy seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation through investment in a diversified portfolio of companies with minimum market capitalizations of $400 million. The strategy has no upper market capitalization limits.

The SMID-Cap Equity strategy seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation through investment in a diversified portfolio of companies with market capitalizations ranging from $400 million to $20 billion.

The SmallCap Equity strategy seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation through investment in a diversified portfolio of companies with market capitalizations ranging from $400 million to $6 billion.
